By accessing and using SM Tools (the "Service"), including our Chrome browser extension, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

SM Tools is a Chrome browser extension that provides automation tools for Facebook group marketing, including but not limited to:

Facebook group search and discovery
Automated content posting and scheduling
Multi-account management
Comment marketing automation
Content queue management
Publishing history and analytics

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share your license key with unauthorized parties
One license key is valid for one user only

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate Facebook's Terms of Service or Community Standards
Send spam, misleading, or deceptive content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Service
Use automated means to circumvent safety limits
Use the Service to promote illegal products or services
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features
Paid Plans: Billed monthly via cryptocurrency
Payments: Processed securely through NowPayments
Referrals: Earn $2 bonus per referral. Referred users get $2 discount. Self-referral prohibited.
Device Binding: One license key = one computer. Switching devices requires support assistance.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by SM Tools and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create and publish through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., posting to Facebook groups on your behalf).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SM TOOLS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SM Tools and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of a third party
Your violation of Facebook's Terms of Service

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the extension settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
